Our chef Olivier, is a member of the “Toques Blanches Internationales”, a worldwide honorary organization where only the best have a seat. You will be welcomed in his kitchen in the centre of Paris, where he will first welcome you, and introduce you to the techniques of molecular cuisine. Then you will have the opportunity during a 3 hour cooking class to do it yourself. The class is followed by dinner (or lunch depending on the starting time you wish to have).

Of course the night does not have to be over then as we can either recommend or guide you to the hottest places in Paris to have some fun, or organise other activities, such as a midnight river cruise on a private boat, with champagne and music. After lunch, you may choose other experiences than skiing. We organise ice driving and quad driving sessions, dog sledging, snowmobile safaris, but also trekking. And if you want to experience the night in a refuge, our guides will take you to some remote and challenging areas of the Alps in total safety, and share with you some real authentic moments.

This is a very luxurious package for companies interested in giving the very best and treating their staff or clients with the maximum level of service. It also comes with a high price tag. We also organise “normal” ski trips in the French Alps, staying in very nice hotels that will lower the price of the overall stay, but our level of service remains the same as for us, each of our clients deserves the best.

The day usually starts at 8am with a group welcome on the circuit. Then you will have briefings, about security, driving techniques and the track. Then the fun begins as to enable you to drive the F1, you will start building your driving skills on other less powerful cars, which are F3 racecars. They will still speed up to 280Kmh and will give you a great driving feeling. After some laps in the F3 and various briefings with your own instructor, you will enjoy a lunch break and relax a bit.

Lunch can be at will, simple of VIP, with exquisite catering – this is France after all. After lunch, you get back in the F3 cars for more laps to try and improve your speed around the track. And mid afternoon, you switch seat for the F1. At first you will be surprised by the extreme power, but the training will help you master the beast and gradually you will accelerate as you gain confidence. Speed in an F1 car is everything, as without speed, you will not have enough down force to actually go around the circuit.

The Plaza Athénée: this is the best traditional image of France you can get, with a beautiful outside architecture, fantastic inner courtyard, rooms with 18th century furniture, balconies and terraces with gorgeous views of the city, a three star Michelin chef in the kitchen, and in the very heart of Paris. Very good, also very expensive.

Le Meurice: equally expensive, Le Meurice is located almost next to the Louvre, and close to the luxury shops. The interior décor is fabulous, with a mix of Stark design, and 18th century feeling, this hotel is one of our favourites in Paris.

Four Seasons Hotel George V: this is also a landmark in the hotelier world of Paris. The hotel is the epitome of Parisian elegance and will take you back in time in the 18th century with traditional furniture, and a very opulent décor.

There are many more, such as the Fouquet’s Barrière, The Ritz Paris, or the Trianon in Versailles, but to be honest they are simply very expensive and do not offer that little something more than the previous three have. Other hotels will make you feel special, particularly because you are paying a lot, but the three previous will make you feel at home.

But there are also other hotels, which are less expensive and equally good. Some have other characteristics which can also be appealing, such as being boutique, or design. Amongs them is the Royal Monceau, L’Hotel which was once the home of Oscar Wilde or the elegant Hotel Costes. In all cases, we will make sure your hotel fits your budget and gives you the best for your stay in Paris.

Usually we start by visiting a famous brewery. The whole process of producing the beer, fermentation and so forth is explained, and the visit usually ends with a little tasting. But to get into the real tasting, we move on to see a very specific craftsman who has been producing beer for more than 20 years. He will explain the difference between “home made” and industrialized beer. He will also show you how to get different tastes depending on the beer you prefer.

You will taste 6 different beers chosen for their specificities. This beer tasting is usually held in the late afternoon or evening so we usually add some food to the experience. It can be canapés, but also traditional food from the North of France, which is quite tasty and goes nicely with the beers. This experience is done in Lille, which is easily accessible by Eurostar and plane. The beer tasting is usually the premise of the evening and we can easily organise other experiences whilst you are in Lille.

If you have never been to Paris, we will start by showing you around the “classic Paris”, the one most people are looking for, with a bit of Le Louvre, a hint of Montmartre, a pinch of Les Champs Elysées, mixed up with a dinner on the Seine river, a climb to the Eiffel Tower, and a walk in the Tuileries. If you have already been to Paris and would like to experience the “trendy paris”, we get you to some of the most sought after restaurants – such as Kong, Robuchon – and clubs. Dinner can also be organised at a theatre premiere or art exhibition. Paris is a very diverse city. And the French capital has a lot to offer. Depending on the size of your group, we can arrange for a real immersion into Parisian living, organizing accommodation in a loft, organizing drinks and dinners in cafés, brasseries in the vibrant neighborhoods of St Michel. There are so many museums to visit as well: Orsay, Le Louvre, Beaubourg are the three main museums that you should visit.

But we can also organise a different view of Paris, a more dynamic and interactive meeting with Parisian culture. Such as following a cooking lesson with a top chef, then eating your own preparation. Going on a wine tasting evening on a “peniche”, a barge, on the Seine. If you are looking for adrenaline, you can also try out the sky diving wind tunnel, or even better, fly a jet fighter. So 2 days in Paris is clearly not enough to get a good overview of the capital, but we will do our best to give you the best experience, according to your likings.

Usually we would either deliver the quads to your hotel, or pick you up to go where the quads are stationed. After a full briefing, we are off. The beauty of the quad is that it truly goes everywhere. So we try as much as possible to let you discover the off road capabilities of the machine. When riding, we try to find a stream to cross, obstacles to manage, and straight lines to push a little. Depending on your location, we ride through forests, mountains, and even sometimes along beaches.

For each event participants receive a full protection, with a specific suit, helmet and gloves so that you can drive safely and can jump in the mud without concern for your clothes. Quad driving is really nice, and even if some people may be afraid of it at first, they soon learn to master the machine and enjoy the ride. And if you want, we can also organise lunch on the way either in a nice auberge, in the form of a bbq or with sandwiches.

The jet fighter is located in Beauvais, which is an international airport. Ryanair and other low cost airlines fly directly into Beauvais. For people who travel privately, we recommend you pull your private plane to our hangar so that you don’t have the hassle of going through the main terminal. We welcome your group with soft drinks and some canapés. Champagne is for later… But we also sometimes station the jet at Abbeville, which is very close to the coast. And the advantage, as you can see on the video, is that you can flight straight along the cliffs, and this is extraordinary.
